Liz joins Csilla Bischoff, Nourishment Counselor, and Manju Joshi, co-founder of Gurukul Yoga Center. This workshop shows how to balance one’s mood chemistry through food, learn breathing techniques and yoga postures to regulate emotions, and use aromatherapy oils to inspire and awaken your senses.
